As the e-commerce director you are creating the representation of our brand online.
You will be working directly with the owner and executing all aspects of ecommerce for our brand including sales, marketing and technology.
You will help develop a plan that delivers our brand and shopping experience to our customers.
The E-commerce Manager oversees and manages the online sales and marketing activities.
This includes developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales, optimizing the user experience of the e-commerce website, managing the e-commerce platform and technology, and leading the e-com team.

1.
Working one-on-one with owner to build a strategy, develop content and execute ideas and planning to present our Brick-and-Mortar Merchandise and Services on our website and social media channels.
2.
Shopify Web-store Management.
Including IG and Facebook Shop.
3.
Content Creator of all Products.
Photography/Photoshoots, Descriptions, and Reels/Videos.
4.
Content Creator Social Media Channels:
Develop and Manage Social Media Posts and Reels.
5.
Monitor and Create content for Email and Text Marketing.
6.
Understanding our Products and Assist in Product Performance and evaluation.
7.
Understanding our target customer for ordering products/buying plan.
Keeping up with trends.
8.
Monitoring Notifications and Customer Responses, including questions, reviews and all notifications.
9.
Monitoring Performance:
Evaluate Reports and Analytics of website traffic and product performance.
10.
Continue to learn our platforms, keeping up with changes.
Day to Day Activities include but are not limited to:
1.
Shopify Webstore Management:
Including Product photography, descriptions, and promotions.
2.
Publishing products to website.
3.
Manage all Shopify Selling channels and apps.
(Also bought, reviews, etc.
) 4.
Planning and supervising photoshoots and product creation.
Edit and Prep Photos.
5.
Creating Content for Ad Agency and In-Store Promotions.
(Canva and other publishing tools) 6.
Works Directly with Ad-Agency.
(Using Canva and Trello tools) 7.
Create Trending Product Videos and Reels 3-4 times a week.
8.
Creating weekly Product Launches.
New Arrivals and Collection Launches.
9.
Create and Manage Email and Text Marketing/Work with Agency.
10.
Create and Monitor Google Shopping and Reviews.
11.
Create and Monitor Facebook and IG Shops.
12.
Create and Monitor Pinterest.
13.
Managing and Executing Promotional Campaigns.
14.
Understand and manage website and product SEO.
