About us Paloma turns Facebook Messenger into a storefront for top brands like Joybird, Thirdlove, and Care/of. Our platform generates automated personal shopping conversations that help customers find the right products to buy, making them more likely to buy - increasing conversion rates by 2-10x. We're a fast-growing, venture-backed team, with extensive product experience in messaging, ecom, and startup software. Read our principles How we work We offer both managed and self-serve platforms where e-commerce businesses can open up Facebook and Instagram messaging channels as sales channels, launching their new storefronts quickly with vetted experiences. Once an experience is live, our software tracks performance, helping them to improve and optimize over time, while gathering new customer data points to inform their product and marketing development. As a new sales channel, it's our role to provide expertise and best practice to drive the highest performance and ensure the quality of our brand partner's - and their customer's - experiences. What you'll do Uncover and evaluate impact of customer pain points and new opportunities, both in existing and new markets, through user interviews, competitive analysis, qualitative analytics, marketing data, and conversations with internal teams Collaborate directly with the CEO to understand business objectives, and ensure the product strategy serves the short- and long-term objectives of business Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver high-impact, lowest-effort solutions to the most pressing problems and opportunities Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to drive product adoption, test new markets, and ensure customer success Drive the roadmap of our internal qualitative analytics and product dashboards to measure success and collect insights at scale Work with platform partners to understand, scope, deliver, and support integrations to expand to new markets and enable new functionality Proactively identify and implement operational improvements and enhancements What we're looking for Someone to join our team with 4 years of technical product management experience who is:
Self-aware Able to collaborate and operate in a remote-work environment, working with cross-functional teams Excellent at written, asynchronous communication, and ad-hoc synchronous collaboration Experienced building and iterating on complex B2B SaaS applications, especially within an early stage startup Experienced in developing strategic product roadmaps, product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions Experienced at analyzing data and working with data analytics platforms (ex.
